Recommendations like "Bids and budgets" will tell you that you already have enough data to transfer campaigns to automatic strategies. This is quite useful in the early stages. Which bidding strategies to use will depend on the campaigns themselves and their goals. However, in most cases, if the main goal of promotion is to get conversions/purchases, it is worth applying the recommendations for transferring campaigns to strategies:

“maximum conversions” - with the target cost per conversion specified;
"maximum conversion value" - indicating the target return on advertising spend.
It is also worth using the recommendation that suggests updating conversion tracking with data-driven attribution. All other recommendations of this type are best not to use, or to do so very carefully. I will explain why in the next section.

"Keywords and Targeting" contains some useful guidelines that you can safely apply.

Add audiences . campaigns in Observation mode. You can then analyze their performance in the Audiences section and use this data for your display and video campaigns.
Create dynamic search ads to help drive additional traffic for search queries relevant to your pages.
Upload/Refresh your email lists. Remarketing phone number database campaigns allow you to show personalized ads to users who have not yet completed a target action on your site. Or to users who can be offered a special offer upon repeat purchase, etc.
Remove conflicting negative keywords. A very useful tip that will alert you to conflicts between keywords and negative keywords that block ads from showing. Let's say you have a keyword "buy men's shoes wholesale" and while cleaning up search queries, you or a colleague accidentally added the word "wholesale" to the negative keywords. Because of this, ads for this keyword and all other queries that contain "wholesale" will not show.
Set up audience sources. This will help you collect remarketing audiences and use them in campaigns if you didn't do this when you created your account.
